This policy allows you to return certain used parts, also known as "cores," for a partial refund or credit. Cores must be returned in the same box as the original product and must match the part number of the purchased item. To qualify for a refund, the core must be in repairable condition, with all components intact and no missing or broken parts.
Our core charge is automatically applied at checkout and covers a variety of products, such as Engine Control Modules (ECMs), Climate Control Modules (CCMs), Body Control Modules (BCMs), brake modules, instrument gauges and clusters, HVAC programmers, and controllers. Please note that this list is not exhaustive and may include other items at our discretion.
It is important to understand that all programmed modules are non-returnable due to their customized nature.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in the forfeiture of core refund eligibility.
To initiate a core return, please contact our dedicated customer service team for a return authorization number. Unauthorized core returns will not be accepted. Our customer service team can be reached by visiting our Contact page.
Upon receiving and thoroughly inspecting the returned core, we will issue a refund to the customer's original payment method within 14 business days. Our team is committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient core return process for all parties involved.

For most returns, shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. However, if we were at fault in some way and caused the return, please contact us, and we will waive the return shipping fee:

Our online return process uses UPS as the carrier. This method usually gets the package back to us in 3-4 business days.
1.3 Returns From Canada:
When returning a part from Canada, you are responsible for the cost to ship to our warehouse, or the vendor direct that shipped to you, the correct address will be provided upon request:
All Other Returns: Due to the complex nature of most international returns, arrangements must be made prior to the return. We are not responsible for any shipping charges incurred by you without our knowledge.
