Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time, but we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier disruptions.
Free Shipping: Orders over $200.00 qualify for free shipping, except for items that are truck, oversize, or have an unusual shape. Free shipping does not apply to addresses outside of the 48 contiguous states, and all international orders are excluded from free shipping.
Oversize Shipping Fee: Orders containing items that are truck, oversize, or have an unusual shape may be subject to an additional oversize shipping fee charged by UPS. We will contact you for an updated quote to approve the upcharge. At that time, you can choose to pay the additional fee and proceed with your order or cancel the order in total.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

Shipping Method: We use UPS as our primary shipping carrier, but we also offer USPS First Class and Priority Mail for small packages. We can ship to APO addresses and PO boxes. We offer international shipping, except for hazmat items which are subject to our hazmat policy.

Address Errors: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for shipping errors due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We only ship to valid addresses within the continental United States. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses or internationally require a signature upon delivery.
We use third-party carriers to fulfill our delivery services. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can initiate a trace with the carrier.
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to report the damage. We may require photos of the damage to be submitted before we can process a replacement.
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier may leave the package at the designated delivery address or attempt to redeliver at a later time. Additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.
If you provide an incorrect delivery address and your package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.
If you refuse delivery of your package without prior authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any restocking fees or other charges associated with the order.
