At Import Export Auto Parts, we stand behind the quality of our products. All items sold through our website are backed by a standard 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
Warranty Coverage
- Covers manufacturer defects and functionality failures under normal use.
- Includes replacement or refund at our discretion if the item is deemed defective.
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
Exclusions
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse.
- Electronic components not installed by certified professionals.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes.
- Altered or modified items void the warranty.
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Contact our support team via phone or email to report the issue.
- Provide photos or documentation if requested.
- Ship the item back for inspection, if required (we may provide a return label in some cases).
Inspection & Resolution
Items returned under warranty will be inspected by our technical team. If approved, we will either ship a replacement or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days.
Extended & Manufacturer Warranties
Certain products may carry additional coverage through the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). If applicable, warranty terms will be listed on the product page.
