Warranty

1.1 If you are an individual consumer customer, then for most products bought online or otherwise directly from our premises, you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.

1.2 If you are a consumer, we are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this warranty, subject to the conditions and limitations set out within this document.

1.3 Your obligation to return rejected and/or faulty products: If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products, or if the products are faulty, you must either return them in person to where you bought them, post them back to us, or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. We will pay the costs of postage or provide you with a return shipping label if you email us at returns@importexportautoparts.com.

1.1 Our warranty covers all new automotive parts sold by us to individual consumers and businesses, against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

1.2 Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, alteration, negligence, or improper installation of the part.

1.3 If a part covered by our warranty is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will replace it with a new part at no charge.

1.4 Our warranty does not cover any labor costs associated with the installation or removal of the defective part.

1.5 Our warranty does not cover any expenses incurred by the customer for towing, rental vehicles, or any other incidental or consequential damages.

1.6 Our warranty is not transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser of the part.

1.7 To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact us and provide proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and any other relevant information.

1.8 We reserve the right to inspect the part before approving a warranty claim.

1.9 We reserve the right to either repair or replace the defective part at our discretion.

1.10 If we are unable to repair or replace the defective part, we will provide a refund for the original purchase price of the part.

1.11 Any disputes related to our warranty will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

1.12 Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective part and does not include any other damages, including but not limited to lost profits or lost sales.

1.13 Our warranty is governed by the laws of the state in which the purchase was made.

1.14 We reserve the right to modify or amend our warranty policies at any time without prior notice.

1.15 This warranty represents the entire agreement between us and the customer and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
